Mark provides the overall leadership and direction to the firm. His vision and leadership have impacted over one thousand executive
search assignments that he has completed, ranging from private organizations to Fortune 500 companies. Mark utilizes this
knowledge and expertise to coach the firm’s diverse client teams, and to constantly improve the measurement and execution
of high performance service to clients.
In addition to his expertise as a search professional, Mark draws on his
twenty years of experience in sales, marketing and operational roles. His career began in the technology sector with Siemens
and then progressed into the consumer products industry in senior roles with Hershey Chocolate USA and Coca Cola. In subsequent
years, he was co-founder of a Digital Document Imaging company. He has played a strategic role in the candidate selection
and cultivation of several key positions within these organizations. Mark's extensive knowledge and training across several

Theresa A. Gerety is the Co-Founder and
serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of G2A Executive Search™. As acting CFO, Theresa is involved
in the day to day financial management of the corporation. She understands the complexities of running an organization
from the ground up. Theresa has been instrumental in successfully completing hundreds of global executive search assignments, ranging
from private organizations to Fortune 1000 companies. Theresa also manages the Contract Temporary Staffing practice
for G2A Executive Search™. In addition to her expertise as a search professional,
Theresa draws on over twenty years of combined experience as a financial advisor, realtor and educator. This experience
